JuD vows to turn Pakistan into 'Taliban state'

Senior members of the outfit said the Pakistan army had the full support of the group that it would turn its followers into skilled fighters.
Lahore: Militant leaders have been fuelling sentiments against the United States and India in Pakistan following the recent NATO strike, which killed 24 Pakistani soldiers.
Banned militant group Jamat-ud-Dawa (JuD), at a public function in Lahore, went to the extent of saying that it would convert Pakistan into a Taliban state.
Senior members of the outfit said the Pakistan army had the full support of the group that it would turn its followers into skilled fighters. The outfit is linked to 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
Senior JuD leader Ameer Hamza said, "We will turn the Faizabad University into a centre for the Taliban. All of Pakistan will become a centre for the Taliban."
